CASE STUDIES
Authors are reminded that, as a general rule, case studies are only accepted where they show some new or novel approach to a problem or have findings that are worth sharing with industry. Case studies that do not meet these criteria or just use ordinary Australian practice will be rejected.
NEW MATERIAL
All papers need to be sufficiently different from previously published material to be considered new material. Papers that are considered to be recycled from previously published papers will be rejected. It should be noted that these papers are unlikely to comply with copyright requirements.
MULTIPLE PAPERS
Presenters will generally be restricted to a maximum of 2 oral publications and can assist the conference by indicating which papers they would prefer as poster papers. Where a series of related papers are submitted that have different presenters, the authors need to ensure that individual papers contain unique information and discussion points. Where this is not the case, it might not be possible for all to be accepted as oral presentations.
